After a delicious dinner prepared by the guys, Dave surprised Jana with a cake

We almost had to help her blow them out :) JK!
Good morning birthday girl! Please don't leave :)
She loves her Uncle Dave
Margaret had so much fun with her godparents and can not wait to see them again soon!!
Most of Sunday was spent packing but we decided to take a break and walk around the property

After 4 years of having our camera, I still do not know much about the different modes so if you can't tell I had fun playing around :)
We had fabulous weather until our last night. The clouds starting to roll in . . .

We woke up to pouring down rain! The first few hours Tucker rode in the front. He was NOT a fan.
Margaret was a trouper. I let her sit up when we stopped to get gas and she was SO much happier. We are looking forward to the day we can turn her seat around.
We stopped and ate lunch at the Dutch House. Margaret loves food and can't get enough. Jana this pic is for you :)
It was a LONG day. We all survived, BARELY!
There is no place like home!

We are going to the zoo zoo zoo . . .

We took our first family trip to the zoo. The weather was perfect. Not a cloud in the sky.
Roll Tide
Sleeping Beauty

This bird would NOT move. Definitely did not mind us :)
The otter may have been her favorite. We watched it swim back and forth, back and forth . . .

We took a break and enjoyed a nice picnic

We think Margaret enjoyed the people more :) but it was nice to be outside and do something different. An adventure we will do often and can not wait to go back.
If anyone wants to join us let me know!

Fall = Football

Weekends have been spent not only working in the yard but enjoying time as a family.
The weather was gorgeous one Saturday so we decided to go to lunch at the Brick. Margaret loved watching all the people go by and of course the attention
One morning we were ALL up way too early with nothing to eat in the house so we headed to Panera for a pick me up
and off to the grocery store for some grub.
That's my girl. Holly and I fell in love with 1664 beer in France. When we went to Wholefoods I couldn't resist and neither could Margaret :)
Saturdays have been spent cheering on the Tide. Her pj's were good luck for the Florida game.
This outfit not so much for the South Carolina game.
That's ok we are still going to wear it and be proud of BAMA.
Our favorite place to watch all the games is outside on our new deck.
What a great game . . .

Lots of Girl Time

Margaret and I have had A LOT of bonding time lately while dad has been traveling.
She loves sink baths and so does mommy's back!
To kick off fall, one of the new foods I decided to give her was pumpkin. She loves it but what doesn't she like.
Our top teeth are about to poke through so it took me forever to get a smile . . . finally got it!
NOT fond of her new outfit :)
Ahhh a nap. It took running errands to get one. Something that does not happen very often anymore. If it is does, it is NOT for very long.
One of her newest things . . . when she gets super excited she quenches her nose and snorts like a pig. It is so cute.
We spend a lot of time outside. She is getting so good at walking in her walker. Not sure it is something I should be proud of :)
We went to Amelia one day with Gigi to have lunch and do a lil shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Thanks again. We had a blast!
Trouble!
I was checking our messages and noticed her reaching for the toys on the top.
Next thing I know, she's up!

All warm for an outing to Home Depot

After a LONG 3 days and nights, dad finally returned! We love surprising him (and Papa!)
