6 Months!

Happy birthday! Where has the time gone?!?! It has been the most amazing 6 months. The hardest job in the world but the most rewarding. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for bringing so much joy to our lives.

We went to Publix today for the first time sitting in the cart and she was a perfect angel. Loved looking at the balloons and all the people. Mom spoiled her and got her a balloon of her own on this big day.

We went to the doctor for our 6 month checkup on Monday. Doctor Baker said she is perfect! She weighs 15 lbs 2 oz and is 26 inches long. Poor thing got 3 shots and didn't feel well for a few days. We have to go back in a month for the other part of the flu shot :(

A few weeks ago, Grier came over one afternoon so her mommy could be with her mom. The girls had a blast together.

Her mommy is in trouble!!! Waiting for her to take off :)

Over the weekend we finally hung the swing dad bought months ago

As you can tell she loves it!

We are enjoying the outdoors more and more each day. It is still pretty hot but each day there seems to sometimes be a nice breeze so we can tolerate it a little bit more. Now if we could just get rid of the mosquitoes.

Labor Day Weekend

We had another fun weekend on the boat.

Sunday morning was so peaceful!

The weather was perfect. A lil hot but we it didn't stop us from having fun.

Enjoying time with my little girl. We both have had some LONG days and nights with her teeth. It was so nice to enjoy the quiet morning.

Margaret had a blast with Scott and McRae. Thanks again Scott for the sweet card!

McRae was a huge help!

Lador Day Morning we had some guests stop by for breakfast.

Margaret loves the boat and we can not wait for another fun weekend soon!

Exactly one week after the first one appeared, I noticed the second. We have had some LONG days and nights!!!!

The pears were a success!

Margaret is loving baby food. Right now she is eating avocados. At first she was not so sure but now can not get enough. Peaches are next. Might be nice and wait for dad to go out of town to do bananas :)

This past weekend we headed to the farm to hang out with Uncle Dick. We got there right at her bedtime and NO AC!!! Before almost heading back to Jax, we went ahead and got Margaret ready for bed. Do not worry we scrubbed the sink beforehand :) She loved it! Since all this little girl wants to do is sit up, she no longer wants to relax in her whale tub.

Last Christmas, Papa was given some baby camo gear so Margaret could spend some time with him at the farm. We decided to put it to use considering I am not sure she will be able to wear it much longer.

We are looking forward to many weekends with the guys this fall. Perfect distance and a wonderful change of scenery!! Hurry up cooler weather and fly away mosquitoes!

After her morning nap, Dick drove us around in the woods. Margaret had the best time!

so much so that the dirt roads rocked her to sleep.

These boots were made for walking :)

Aunt Megan gave her these boots when she was in my belly. They are a lil big but with the rate she is growing they will fit in no time.

All in all we had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Think we all know who did not want to leave :)
