Rollie Pollie

After spending so much time on her side and trying to figure out how to get over her arm she finally did it!!

Having tummy time after her first time rolling from her back to her tummy! She is so proud of herself.

She rolled over twice this morning. The second time I did a great job grabbing the video camera. However I pushed record before realizing the lens was still closed. In all the excitement I forgot to push record again after opening the lens :( Will try and capture her next roll over and push record this time.

Girl Time

Margaret and I had a lot of mommy and daughter time last week. Dad had to travel for work for a couple of days and then went straight to Uncle Dick's bachelor party.

We played a lot! Her new favorite position. Waiting for her to roll over any minute.

Out of the 3 nights dad was gone, they were ALL LONG. Up most every hour and half and wide awake by 5am.

Finally asleep after another early morning!

Moments before the biggest disaster! After not doing much while dad was gone, we decided to venture out to the town center so I could get a few things done. We walked out of the first store and it started to rain! With no umbrella in hand, we went into Anthropologie until the rain stopped. Well 30 minutes went by and it was still raining. John thank goodness decided to meet us and got there before it started down pouring. Finally the rain slowed down enough for John to move my car closer and grab the umbrella. I started to get situated to make a run for it. Picked up her blanket to cover her and noticed brown stuff all over it. The poor thing had a MAJOR blowout and was dripping through her seat and onto the stuff in the snap-n-go. We quickly got in the car and I managed to change her with NO room to spare. Definitely got some practice for our trip to NC for Dick and Megan's Wedding in two weeks. The poor thing has started going a few days without pooping and I am NOT liking it due to such big poops when they happen!

Memorial Weekend

Recently I feel like all I do is hold her so she can stand or sit. Gigi reminded me of the Bumbo so we pulled it out and gave it a try.

No matter how many times I tried to change her position, she always ended up like this.

I am loving this!

First Boat Ride

Yesterday, dad and Harper took the boat to the club to get ready for Memorial Weekend. Margaret and I decided to get some fresh air and go for her first boat ride. As you can tell, she loved it :) We sat up top and she snoozed as we slowly made our way towards the club.

We made it!
