Happy Mother's Day

I hope everyone had a wonderful day!
I couldn't have asked for a better first mother's day! Margaret, Tucker and John spoiled me. Starting off with breakfast in bed.
Margaret was a complete angel all day. Before starting our busy day, she played on her playmate for an hour and was all smiles. I couldn't believe it. Every time I thought she was getting fussy, I walked into the room to find this adorable smile on her face.
Getting ready for our first mother's day brunch
So happy to have Grandma Cassidy home
First family photo. Horrible I know. Dad rushed us out of the hospital so fast when she was born, we were not able to get one and it has been nonstop since.

Proud Great Grandmother

Saturday we drove out to the beach to see MomB for Mother's Day. This was her first time meeting Margaret. Thank goodness she was good and gave MomB lots of smiles.
MomB loved her tiny feet and didn't want to let go :)

Happy 1st Roe Roe!!

All buckled up and headed to the Alexanders to celebrate Roe's first birthday.

Goofing off like always
More where this came from. He is doomed when he gets married :)

Thanks for inviting us to celebrate Roe's special day! We love you guys!

48 days and counting . . .

We are so excited and can not wait. Especially me! My first get away :)
We love you guys!

Off to work

Playing after an exhausting day :) We were able to finally visit dad and Papa at the office on Thursday. Of course we didn't take one picture. Dad was busy after being gone the beginning of the week and to be honest mom was exhausted and completely forgot! So easy when we are home but have got to get better when we are out and about.
Playing with mommy before we head out and about
Friday, dad had a cookout for a customer by the airport. Margaret and I decided to get some fresh air and join him. It was a bit hot which is why I think Margaret was so good . . . she slept the whole time :) Another reason why no pictures were taken.
We look forward to hopefully going to many more. Gotta help dad sell some tractors :)
Love my daddy!
Loved having him home a lil early Friday. Treat after him being gone all week!

WE SURVIVED!

Hanging out with dad before he leaves town for a few days.
Dad went to Moline and left Margaret & I home alone. We literally were left in Jax alone except for Papa. Grandma Cass has been in Birmingham and Cashiers for the last 3 weeks and Gigi & Pops are in Captiva. So jealous! We about hopped in the car to surprise them :) They all get home Saturday and we can not wait to see them!!!
Mimi invited us to join her and Papa for dinner Monday night. All dressed up! She was such a good girl.
All smiles when she wakes up from her naps
It is so much fun how she is focusing on more and more things. She recently found the mirror on her swing.
Unfortunately these booties are a bit small for my girl :(
Playing while mom makes a BIG cup of coffee. Needed it to get through the day. After 2 days and 2 nights of girl time, I was more than ready for dad to get home that night. Margaret decided this week to not sleep as long at night or during the day.
Poor thing got eaten by a mosquito. We woke up Tuesday to a nice red dot on her cheek :(
Excited daddy is coming! We really missed him, especially mom!
Good Morning

Margaret's personality is shining through! She loves to bounce in her seat and talk to the monkey.
